Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orbit Rings International website and your purchase of products from us. Orbit Rings International is operated by Geartopia UK Limited ("Orbit Rings", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products & made-to-order nature

Our jewellery is made to order and crafted to the specifications you select (stone type and origin, metal, ring size, engraving). We sell both lab-grown and natural diamonds and gemstones; the origin of each item is disclosed during selection and on your order. Product images are illustrative; natural variation may occur in handmade pieces and natural stones.

3. Pricing, currency & taxes

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region via Shopify Markets and may be converted at prevailing rates. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Depending on your destination, import duties, VAT, or sales tax may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

4. Orders & payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. As our items are bespoke, full payment is required upfront before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, where fraud is suspected or a product cannot be sourced), in which case we will refund any payment taken for that order.

5. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty by our Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Repairs Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK, EU, or applicable US law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and the Orbit Rings name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to introduce malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

9. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers may benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the time of your order.
