At Orbit Rings UK, each piece is made to order and carefully crafted before being shipped internationally to you.

We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Production & Delivery Timeframes

All Orbit Rings pieces are handcrafted and shipped from our production facility.

Made-to-Order Items

• Production time: 3–5 weeks

• Delivery time: 4–6 weeks total (including production and shipping)

👉 This timeframe may vary slightly depending on:

• Design complexity

• Stone sourcing

• Peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday)

Engraving

• Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for engraved items

Shipping & Couriers

We use trusted international courier partners to deliver your order safely.

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

• A signature may be required upon delivery

Delivery Address Requirements

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate, including:

• Full name of recipient

• Contact phone number

• Street name and number

• Apartment / complex / unit number (if applicable)

Missed Deliveries & Returns

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Recipient unavailable

• Incorrect address

• Failure to arrange re-delivery

The parcel may be returned to us.

• The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees required for re-delivery

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to the United Kingdom, United States, and European Union.

Please note:

• Orders are shipped from South Africa

• Delivery times are included in the 4–6 week total timeframe

• Customs processes may occasionally cause delays beyond our control
