Every Orbit Rings order ships DDP — Delivered Duties Paid. Import duties, VAT and customs charges are already included in your price and handled by us. No surprise invoice at your door, no call from customs. Your ring simply arrives.

Your ring travels by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority, fully insured for its full value from our workshop to your hands, with door-to-door tracking at every step. If anything were to happen in transit — it's our risk, never yours.

Why 11–21 business days is worth the wait

Your ring doesn't exist yet — and that's the point. Each Orbit ring is made to order:

Days 1–5: Your IGI-certified stone is sourced and inspected
Days 5–15: A South African master goldsmith casts, sets and finishes your ring by hand
Day 16: Independent quality inspection and certification check
Days 17–21: Insured express flight to your door — UK typically 3–5 days, US and EU 5–7
